An outstanding spiritual treasure trove

This book is a treasure of spiritual insights and guidelines to live a devout life. Although written hundreds of years ago, it is remarkably apt and relevant today. St. Francis de Sales was a spiritual director, and it is clear why he was so sought after and valued. challenging and inspiring
Format: Kindle
I trudged my way through sections of this that seemed overly legalistic, but all in all, another inspiring text from saints whose sole desire was to be united with God, to find their all in Christ, and to become more and more like him through his suffering, death, and resurrection.
