We use organic turmeric, organic ginger, and organic lemon peel to create this bright and delicious yellow honey. ABC makes our creamed honey from our raw Appalachian mountain honey, controlling a cold crystallization of the honey so that the honey crystals all grow small and uniform. This method creates a finished product with a lovely creamy texture.
