The hole pattern found on the diamond bases will connect to many RAM cradles, as well as third party cradles including mounts with the industry standard AMPS hole

The directions were complicated with only image directions. One person can put this together. It took me about an hour. The item is smaller than I expected. The image is misleading. Definitely not waist high for an adult. More like thigh height. Guess I should have paid more attention to the measurements instead of the image. It looks nice when assembled. For the price I expected something taller.
