The singles "We are the legion", "Reptile" and "Idiots" are included on this release. The album is produced by Martin Sweet and was released on September 13 2019, on the band's own record label Diet Records. This is the debut album with their new singer Gabriel Keyes, and it's the band's first studio album since 2013.

They are sturdy, leak proof, inexpensive, I used them in the microwave (not for too long), durable and cute. I like them. I would probably get a bigger size next time, but these will do. I don't like loading or unloading the dishwasher. These help me grab a bite to eat and after I finish, I dump them in the trash. No mess. No cleanup. That's the way, uh huh, uh huh. I like it.

Not Sturdy Enough

Just okay. Not sturdy enough. For anything heavy at all I had to double them up which sucked. They’re not thick enough or heavy duty enough. Size is fine. Size worked for everything we needed it was just an issue with the sturdiness of them.
